My private sessions blend movement and lifestyle guidance. Movement includes yoga, mobility stretches, Pilates-based core and pelvic floor work, and breathwork. Lifestyle guidance draws on Ayurveda, a traditional system of health from India that looks at daily rhythm, food, sleep, digestion, and the seasons. Sessions are held online [or in person]. Each session usually includes a check-in, a movement or breath practice, practical guidance, and one small goal for the week. Sessions last 30 or 60 minutes. After our first session, I'll share my assessment, my recommendations, and an estimate of how many sessions may help.I may suggest foods, herbs, or supplements for general wellness. I do not diagnose disease, and I do not prescribe, change, or advise stopping any medication or treatment.
